The documents below are provided for informational purposes. Upon reservation, guests will be provided a completed agreement based on the rate and terms of the reservation.
Weekly Rates
June 1-27 $4,800 per week | June 27-Sept. 12 $7225 per week | Sept. 12 – October $4200 per week
(plus applicable Michigan sales tax)
$300 Cleaning Fee for one-week rentals
Rents Saturday to Saturday, Arrival 4:00 p.m., Departure 10:00 a.m.
*July – August discounts: 3-week consecutive stay=$750 total discount, 4-week consecutive stay=$1,500 total discount
